Can I text an invoice?

Allow me to share insight on how you can send invoices via text message in QuickBooks Online. 

Sending invoices through text messaging isn't an option, however, QuickBooks offers a user-friendly method for sending invoices to your customers. You can open your QBO through a browser and open the said transaction. Then, copy the link of the entry and send it via SMS to your customer so they can view their invoice from there.

Here's how:

1. Go to the + New menu.
2. Select Invoice.
3. From the Customer drop-down menu, select a customer. 
4. Enter the necessary information.
5. When you're done, select the Save and share link from the drop-down arrow.
6. Click the Copy link button. Then, paste and send it via SMS or any other messaging platform.   

On the other hand, you have the option to look for a app that can send invoice via SMS. You can visit our Apps menu or QuickBooks App Center. From there, you can integrate a third-party app that can help you in sending your invoices through SMS.

Here's how:

1. Click Apps in the left navigation menu.
2. Tap the Browse Category drop-down menu, select Sync Data.
3. Select the app you want to integrate.
4. Press Get App Now and complete the following on-screen instructions.
