As our initial troubleshooting steps, let's use a private or incognito window to confirm browser-related problems. Use these keyboard shortcut keys below:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Log in to your QuickBooks account and check if you can create a sales receipt successfully. If it works, go back to your regular browser and start clearing its cache to refresh the program.
If the issue is still there, make sure you're using a supported, up-to-date browser.
