Paid Invoice Report

I ran a report of all the invoices paid YTD but the first 6 invoices paid this year aren't showing up. Any suggestions or ideas why? I've tried changing dates, changing filters but nothing seems to fix it.

Thanks!

Let me help you sort this out, claudiagcsd.

At times, the collected cache files on your browser may lead to unexpected behavior like the one that you've experienced upon utilizing the program.

To get this issue sorted out, as an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, I recommend accessing your account in a private window.

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Once signed in, go back to your report and check the 6 invoices from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need before exporting them into Excel. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

Kindly update me on how things go by adding another comment below. I want to make sure your report is accurate, and I'm always here if you need further guidance. Have a great day!

I can help you with getting your check stubs, @Bonitarenee55.

If your employer sets up a QuickBooks Workforce account, you can go to workforce.intuit.com to access your check stubs, where you can download or print it each time after they run payroll. If not, then you can ask directly your employer.

After you get the email invitation from your employer, accepted the invite, and added your personal information, you can now go to the QuickBooks Workforce portal to get the check stub.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Welcome to QuickBooks Workforce site and then provide your credentials.
  2. After logging in successfully to the account, select Paychecks.
  3. Set the date range.
  4. From here, you can now choose a check stub to open and view, download, or print.

You can refer to the following article for more information about getting your check stubs, review time off, year-to-date pay, and personal information: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce

If you haven't set up your account yet, check this article for detailed guidance: Set up your QuickBooks Workforce account

I'm always here if you need further help in getting your check stubs. Just let me know in the Reply section below. Stay safe and enjoy the rest of the day!
