Is there a way to share memorized reports with other QB users in the same company i.e. using the same company file?

Yes, you can share memorized reports with users in QuickBooks Desktop, svryhof.

As long as the user's assigned role is set to Full Access, they can pull up the shared memorized report.

When you share your memorized report, it will be accessible to other QuickBooks users, including those with limited access. Here's a sample screenshot of a limited-access user that can view the shared report:
