If it's the QBO subscription, you'll want to perform some troubleshooting techniques, and ensure the problem isn't with your browser. The cause of this strange behavior is probably local internet cache files.

I am using the actual QuickBooks app by Intuit. It is operating on IOS and is up to date on the version. It has been a very frustrating experience in building the inventory of my company on the App to use QuickBooks and experiencing this. I have restarted the app and tried on multiple different systems with the same results.
