I'm wondering if this issue was resolved. I'm also getting this message. I'm trying to connect to ABSA Access, from where I use BIO. The account is open with ABSA. I've tried to manually share the link with Quickbooks too. Is there anything else I can try? This functionality would be extremely useful.

Since you're unable to access the ABSA institution in QuickBooks even if the system is open for them, you can manually upload transactions in our system to continue with your daily banking tasks.
In the meantime, I recommend contacting the QBO Care Team to further investigate this banking issue and thoroughly guide you on fixing the connection between your bank and the QBO system.
