Community Forum won't let me post???

What's up with this?  I'd think Intuit would have their act together a bit better on support and forum activity...

Community Forum won't let me post???

I can see that your post is visible in the Community forum, SCWMetalClub.

In the Community, everyone can post their queries and seek help regarding their Intuit account. It is a platform designed to help users connect with other Intuit users and experts who can provide assistance and guidance. The Community is a safe space where users can discuss their issues, share their experiences, and find solutions to their problems.

Whether you're facing technical issues, need help with your account settings, or have a general query, the Community is the perfect place to seek help. If you ever need assistance, don't hesitate to post in the Intuit Community.

Have you tried opening your account using an incognito/private browser? If not, we can open your QuickBooks using an incognito/private browser to determine if it's a browser issue.

The browser's cache saves files on your computer, enabling the website to download faster on your next visit. However, it can also become outdated, leading to website access problems.

We can open your QuickBooks account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.

Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to start working with a clean slate. Once you have removed the cache, you may need to log back into any websites or services you previously logged into and check if you can post in the Community. Heads up, the Private message is already disabled in the system. This is the reason why it didn't work on your part.

If you continue to experience the same issue, consider using a different supported browser. This may help to resolve the issue and provide a better browsing experience overall.

You're always welcome to post in the Community, and we are open 24/7. Have a great day!

@SCWMetalClub

As I know the Private Message feature has disabled,

Any specific concern?

Community Forum won't let me post???

So why does the button to send a private message still show on the profile page if this functionality has been removed?  I'd think they'd go hand-in-hand...
