When uploading bank transactions in QuickBooks using the CSV file, you only need to follow the 3-column or 4-column format. Please review sample format below.
The 3 column format. It has a Date, Description, and Amount column.
The 4 column format. It has a Date, Description, Credit, and Debit column.
Based on the sample format above, make sure to not include any other details such as currency, payee name, etc. Otherwise, you'll get the same error message.
Once formatted, import them by performing these steps:
