Hi.
We've recently started using Quickbooks Online.
Is there a total limit to the attachments we can store in our account?
I understand there is a 20mb limit per transaction.
We find it convenient to be able to store the scanned copies of files here per transaction, we're just worried as to the limit of how much in total we can add.
Thanks for your help!

I have some good news to share with you about the attachment feature in QuickBooks Online.
Since QuickBooks Online is a cloud base, there isn't a storage limit on attachments and other selected data. That said, it's unlimited storage for this feature.

Can I clarify? - being a "cloudbased" storage cabinet, is not what makes it "unlimited".
Intuit's choice - to allow this feature to be unlimited is the reason it is unlimited.
ALSO, It Matters if:
(a) If your sharing and/or uploading a document via the "Shared Docs" feature - it is "Unlimited" Storage. -BUT-
(b) If your sharing and/or attaching a document via the "Client Request" feature - there is a "Document File" size limit of 30MB.
So, while you can have unlimited number of docs, each doc seems to be limted by "30MB" file size.
