If you're having issues with your paid subscription, I recommend contacting our support team through chat or email. They have the necessary tools to check your account, which is unavailable to us in this public space.
One of them will be able to check your account and help you further with the problem.
I'd like to verify your concern. Are you unable to make an online payment? Did you run into issues with the activation code or the file hasn't been activated despite successful application of activation code? If so, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and check what's causing this issue so you can renew the service..
Here's how:
Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
Enter your question and click Let's talk.
Choose either Start a chat or Call us.
If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:
In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
Type Talk to a human and proceed with I still need a human.
