Inventory or Stock feature is available in the South Africa region of QuickBooks Online (QBO) exclusive to the Plus and Advanced versions. I'll help you enable this so you can utilize it seamlessly.

If you haven’t yet, turn on these settings to add your stock. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
2. From the Sales tab, click Edit✎​ in the Products and services section.
3. Turn on the Show Product/Service column on sales forms.
4. Tick on both Track quantity and price/rate and Track stock quantity on hand.
5. Click Save and then Done.

The term Advanced Inventory applies only to QB Desktop Enterprise Platinum and Diamond. Do you mean something else? You can use a third-party inventory management application to sync with QB Online if necessary.
