I am really frustrated at this point.  I need to speak to someone about several issues.  

1st quickbooks is calculating my edd liabilities at 6.20% and the edd web site calculates the liabilities at 3.10%

why is the happening and how long has it been going on.  Also, why are my forms for the first quarter still saying processing?  and nothing is being paid electronically?  I am not able to get a human being on the phone.  What is going on.  Someone please call me at my office [removed]. I don't have all day to go round and round online
