Accepting connection request

I see connection requests in my email. 

Somehow I ended up on My Network. Not sure how I got to My Network, Requests  as I am not seeing My Network in the settings.  However, the connections requests in the email are not showing in box New connection requests will show up here. Does a connection request  time out and I will have to request the connection request be sent again?

When you click the View invitation link in the email, you'll be routed to the My Network page in your QuickBooks account, Westknight.

 

The connection request also won't expire. Since it isn't showing on your My Network page, you can accept the invitation directly from your email.


If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Live Support team. They can securely access your account to identify why the request isn't showing and provide resolutions to fix it.

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help menu.
  2. Click the Search option and type "contact support."
  3. Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
  4. Enter the question, keyword, or topic for which you need assistance.
  5. Follow the prompts, then select your preferred way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.

Will have to contact support. Selecting the email brings up Quickbooks to log in but not place to accept in My Network.

Talked to support and was told the connection request has expired. The solution is email requesting another connection request.
