Hi there, chefjls. Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I can see that you having trouble logging in to QuickBooks Online mobile app. Allow me to clarify and provide some additional information.

The reason you’re unable to log in to the QuickBooks Online mobile app is due to your current subscription being for QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Please note that the QBO app is designed for QuickBooks Online (QBO) companies, and the QBSE app is no longer available.

To access your QBSE account, I recommend using one of our supported web browsers. Here’s how:

  1. Open a web browser (such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).
  2. Go to QuickBooks Self-Employed login page.
  3. Sign in using your QBSE credentials to access your account fully.

Feel free to reply here if you have more concerns related to QuickBooks. We're here to help.

I’ve just had the same issue with the same message saying my plan doesn’t include access to the mobile app and must log in on desktop instead. That might make sense if I didn’t have quickbooks online and been using it every week! completely deleting the app and data and reinstalling fixed the issue
