Hi Lala626, thanks for posting in the QuickBooks Community! Let's figure this out. A few things to check on your main Intuit account:
- Go to accounts.intuit.com > Sign in & security and confirm the phone number on file is correct and is a mobile number (landlines can't receive MFA codes).
- If the number looks right, try contacting your phone carrier and ask them to whitelist short code 97962 . Your mobile carrier may have flagged or blocked automated messages coming from Intuit's specific short-code sender ID for your main user profile.
- As a workaround, you can also set up an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator) instead of relying on text or call. Go to accounts.intuit.com > Sign in & security > Authenticator to set it up.
Also, is the phone number on your main account the same one you used for the new Intuit account?
Let us know what you find! My team and I will be here to assist further. See you soon.
