Para asegurarse de que sus artículos se carguen correctamente como inventario en QuickBooks Online, primero debe activar la función de inventario en su configuración. Una vez que esté activada, verifique el formato de su archivo de Excel.

Si está utilizando la nueva herramienta de importación por lotes:

1. Abra su archivo de Excel y verifique el encabezado de la columna "Tipo" (Type).

2. Asegúrese de que los artículos estén registrados como "Inventario" (Inventory) en esa columna.

3. Guarde su archivo e intente la carga nuevamente.

También puede descargar nuestro archivo CSV de muestra directamente desde la pantalla de importación para asegurarse de coincidir con los encabezados de columna exactos.

To make sure your items upload correctly as inventory in QuickBooks Online, you need to turn on the inventory feature in your settings first. Once that's on, check your Excel file formatting.

If you're using the new batch import tool:
 

1. Open your Excel file and check the Type column header.

2. Make sure the items are tracked as Inventory in that column.

3. Save your file and try the upload again.
