When I click the drop down arrow - it states "See and Add more Categories" - it does not access my chart of accounts. I am a 15year user of QB. Desktop, Online Essentials, Online Plus. I did purchases a very basic package this time for my husband's business. It is totally different than any others I have worked on. I tried an upgrade to a more expensive package but it did not change and still would not show my chart of accounts in the drop down box for "Account". Quite frustrating to say the least.
I went incognito and nothing changed. Still wants me to See and Add more Categories. .
