drop down menus not working

My drop down menus are not working in QBO.  I can't make an invoice for a customer because there isn't working or for the product/services in the body of the invoice.  Also I went to match a check that came from my bank and when I clicked on it the vendor is not showing up at the top left and the bank name next to it.  How does this get fixed?

Same in Chrome or Edge, no product /service available.  Also giving me an error when I search for customer.

I'm having the same problem. I'm also seeing that in my previously categorized transactions the categories are all missing ("select category" shows in its place). The dropdowns issues is a serious problem, but losing all of my categories would be devastating.
