Bank error 163, for past 3 days.

It means the website has changed. The financial institution's information and credential keys need to be updated, @accounts604.

Let’s resolve this by visiting your bank website to ensure that everything is working properly from that end. Here’s the process:

1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website. If you are unable to sign in, contact your bank or credit card company for further guidance.
2. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts that might indicate a problem.
3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions; if these are not visible, they could suggest connection issues.

If everything appears normal, wait 48 hours and then follow Step 1: Manually update your bank connection to renew the connection in QuickBooks, as your bank may require time to fix any existing errors.

On the other hand, it's also advisable to reconcile your accounts each month to ensure they match your actual bank statements.
