If you're asking how to add a Bank Account, on your left Menu click on Banking.  Then click on Add Account and follow the prompts.

(I'm a desktop guy, but I'm pretty sure those are the steps in QBO.)

Hey there, edlfreightllc14.

Welcome to the Community. I'd be happy to show you how to add a bank account in QuickBooks Online.

There are a few simple steps to get this done. Here's how:

1. Click the Banking tab from the left navigation bar.

2. Select the green Add account button in the top right corner.

3. Enter your bank account in the search bar.

4. Use your bank login credentials and choose Continue.

I've got an article for you that offers additional steps on this process, and more info about connect bank accounts. You can check it out here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Banking-and-bank-feeds/How-to-add-and-connect-bank-and-credit-card-accounts/m-p/186370.

Once you're account is connected, you'll be able to keep up with transactions all in one place. I wish you and your business continued success. Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Hello there, Crystal110.

I'll make sure to share the recent way on how to connect bank account to QuickBooks.

QuickBooks has been updated. Instead of finding at the green Add button, you can utilize the Link account button at the upper right corner now. Still, you can follow the same steps to add your new bank account to the program. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking or Transactions on the left panel.
  2. Within the Banking tab, click Link account.
  3. You'll be prompted to enter your bank's name or URL.
  4. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

For additional reference, you can take a look at the sample screenshot below:

Once bank transactions are in QuickBooks, you can use the articles below to get more ideas on how to handle and keep them organized:

If you still need help along with the process, please go back here and let me know. It'd be my pleasure to help you further. Take care and stay healthy!
