Bank Accounts not clickable/selectable

Since you're unable to choose a bank account when connecting accounts, I'd initially recommend troubleshooting your browser. It's possible this could have something to do with temporary internet files. Web browsers save these files, and sometimes they can cause issues when viewing certain webpages.

Here's how to troubleshoot the browser you're using:
 

1. Try using a private or incognito window in your web browser.
2. Restart the browser and see if you're able to select accounts afterwards.
3. Clear your browser's cached data.
4. Add Intuit as a trusted website.

If you've tried each of the troubleshooting processes mentioned about, but are still unable to pick an account to connect, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and create an investigation ticket if necessary.
