You can update your bank feed manually. When your bank is connected, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads your newest transactions. It can take up to 48 hours for them to appear, and the system only pulls posted data from the last 90 days.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to All apps, then click Accounting, and choose Bank transactions.
  2. Select Update.
  3. Find your transactions in the For Review section.

Keep in mind that QuickBooks relies entirely on the data your financial institution provides. Visit your bank’s website to check for any system updates, maintenance notifications, or issues that might cause gaps in your bank feed.

If transactions are missing, you can manually upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. Those transactions may download automatically and create duplicates. Be sure to Exclude any duplicates from the For Review tab to keep your books accurate.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
