There’s no direct integration to connect an Apple Card to QuickBooks Self-Employed because of Apple’s privacy and data-sharing restrictions. However, you can still get your transactions by manually importing them.

To get started, go to the Apple Card Web Portal and follow their instructions on how export your transactions as a CSV file. Make sure that it’s formatted correctly (date, description, amount). Once done, here’s how to upload the file:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, then go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Import transactions.
  3. Locate the bank account you wish to add your data to, and choose Import Older Transactions.
  4. If you don’t have a bank account connected, or you don't want to add your Apple Card data to any bank, click the Import Transactions link below. A default Cash account will be created to store your data, but it won’t affect your transactions.
  5. In the Choose file field, click Browse.
  6. Find and select the file on your computer.
  7. Review your transactions, then click Continue.
  8. After clicking OK, you can now view them in your Transactions menu for categorization.
