how do I open a .qbo file? (advanced question)

I accidentally changed the default program for .qbo files, and now I can't open my bank feeds file. I was having an issue where the file automatically opened in QBP 2019 instead of 2018, and I thought I could just use C:/program files(x86)/intuit/quickbooks 2018/QBW32PremierAccountant.exe (the .exe that my desktop shortcut uses). But now I'm getting a 3371 status code -1 error (could not load license data).

I just need to finish January in '18, then I'm moving everything to '19. All the advice I'm seeing online is just "double click the file and it opens itself!" so I'm at a bit of a loss.

My advice is to never double click the file as you're at the mercy of your system at that point.

Instead, pick File | Utilities | Import | Web Connect files... from the QB menu and then pick the file to import.
