I don't seem to be able to do everything on my mobile app,  like adding a new account as I've been advised like when I go onto chart of accounts there's nothing coming up to add a new account as I've been told dose this only work on a laptop  ?

You're right, the mobile app does have some feature limitations, and adding a new account isn't possible there. Try logging in through your phone’s mobile browser or a laptop instead.

Once you're on the web version, go to the Register, and you will see the option to add a new account right there.
