To fix the connection, you can deactivate your all online services and reactivate them afterwards to clear the corrupted connection, and force a fresh sync.  

Alternatively, you can use Web Connect to import your transactions. This way, you can download a file (.QBO) with your company's transactions from your bank or credit card. Then you import that file to QuickBooks to add those transactions to your accounts.
