Quickbooks checking deposit details

You can get the breakdown details of individual transactions, deposits, and fees through the Merchant Services Center, Salessio0564.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. From the Activity & Reports menu, select Transactions ( See individual payment transactions). Deposit (View details of deposits made to your QuickBooks Checking or linked account.), or Fees (Review processing fees associated with transactions or deposits.).
3. From the Dates dropdown menu, adjust the date range to include the time frame for the transaction or deposit you're searching for. You can filter any six months within the last 12 months.
4. If you want to, select 'Show advanced options' to perform a specific search using the transaction ID and expiration date of the card.
5. Select Search.

Review the deposit in the Bank feed, then use the QuickBooks Checking Register to check and match the full transaction history, including all deposits and withdrawals.
