Question

QuickBooks Desktop Bank Feed loading

We are running QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop 2024 Platinum Edition. Currently our bank feeds are set to Advanced Mode and the user periodically syncs the bank transactions for loading into QuickBooks. The user group is asking if it is possible to set our bank feed configuration to have the bank transactions load daily automatically. 

Is this automatic loading of bank transactions possible in our version of QB without using a third party application?

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) doesn't have a feature to automatically download bank transactions daily, regardless of the edition or connection type, so users must sync data manually. Only QuickBooks Online (QBO) has this functionality every night within the QuickBooks platform.
