Question

refund

I paid for this service because you said that I can link it with my bank account. This is not the case, you have all the banks except for mine. One of the largest banks in SA is not on the list. So I would like a refund as I am now forced to get/use another platform

We want to make sure your billing and banking needs are handled right away. You can still connect your bank or bring your transactions into QuickBooks Online by requesting support from your bank or manually importing your transactions using a CSV file.

Here's how:

  1. Go to All apps, select Accounting, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account.
  3. If you are connecting to an account for the first time, select Connect account.
  4. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "We can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of providers".
  5. Click Request a provider.
  6. If your Account provider name does not appear, enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.

If you decide not to continue using QuickBooks Online and purchased your subscription directly from Intuit, you can submit a refund request through your account. If you purchased your subscription through an app store, you will need to request the refund through Apple or Google Play directly.

Feel free to return if you have follow-up questions.

Yeah, tried that and did not work. If I wanted to do it manually I would have stuck with our previous system. The whole idea is to automate this part of the process and if I can't do it then there is no point. My bank doesn't even appear on the list
