I've checked our records and haven't seen any similar issues like yours,

texandbed.

I want to make sure that this matter is addressed promptly. To begin, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. You may have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, connect your bank again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting your bank to inquire about the possibility of connecting your account to QBO.

In the meantime, you may consider uploading your transaction manually in QuickBooks. Here's how:

Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
From the Update drop-down, select File Upload.
Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.

Check this guide for more details: Manually upload transactions.

You might find the following articles helpful about adding and matching transactions in QBO:

Keep me posted if you have any other questions about connecting your bank to QuickBooks. I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as I can. Take care.

Hello there, anandmahey.

I can see the importance of linking your bank to the program.

The forum you're seeing is outdated, and the investigation has already been closed. Upon checking on my end, the UOB bank is not included in the list, indicating that UOB Bank isn't currently supported in QuickBooks. I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance and updates regarding this matter.

Here's how:

Go to the (?) Help icon.
Select Talk to a Human.
Enter a short description of your concern.
Click on I still need a human.
Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
Choose to Get a callback.

Once everything is good, you can review and reconcile your transactions to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements. For a detailed process, refer to these resources:

Hi there,

this problem is available on the community forums where several people have cited the inability to connect their UOB Bank accounts.

i’d like to check if this has been resolved? I can’t find UOB Bank in the list of banks selection.
