a duplicate entry was deleted, now my reconcilation is out and I'm trying to go back and clear the correct entries

When ever i refresh the page bank syc is not working. It's a little bit frustrating

Missing transaction from bank

I have 1 chequing account but the QBO synch is bringing that same bank account down 2 times. the balance is showing up on my Balance sheet 2 times as well.

I have a large number of transactions to record to Pay Down Credit Cards.    Is there a template available to import these transactions? If there is no template available, what are the pros and cons to import all the transactions using the GL journal entry import template?

I have a problem within the customer payment screen...Original amount  column is correct but when I look at the Amount Due column it is showing double the amount of the original amount . So when the customer paid the invoice is still shows a balance owing ONLY in the customer payment screen. Everywhere else it correct.How do i fix this?

In early January I received a new bank access card with a different number.  All was find with QuickBooks until yesterday when there was a bank account security check.  The check failed because the code to check that I was legitimate was the old code to another number, not mine.  This tells me that QuickBooks has the old access code.  How do I change it?My bank account is frozen per deposits until this security problem is resolved.Many thanks for any help.

This would be helpful to record multiple payments received in US funds and group them into one deposit. and to record fees taken off by STRIPE so the amount of the deposit will match the bankfeed.

I cannot add a new connection because it doesn't give an option to select my bank. I assume this is because I am already linked. I can't seem to find where I can select/choose which bank accounts are linked. I remember doing this during setup, but cannot find a way to edit it.

Hi - I am in the process of relocating all my business banking from Scotiabank as their online experience has been brutal.  I have it narrowed down to RBC or the Kawartha Credit Union. I am a psychologist and all of the fees are paid online and via EFT and all accounts paid electronically as well.  I have an Operating Corporation (professional practice corporation) and a Holding Corporation for tax purposes. My wife and I will be drawing salaries out of the OPCO monthly.  I am GST exempt. Any recommendations when it comes to interoperability with Quickbooks Online?  For example, ease of downloading transactions without having to go through 2FA EVERY TIME like in Scotiabank? Thanks!

When you go to connect the account and it asks you to choose the QBO account to connect it to, it only shows bank accounts, no credit card accounts appear as an option

When will the connection to banking be fixed? This issue has been going on, for months. The last time this happen I was told to disable my two factor authentication and then lync QB and RBC. Which I won't be doing. So I need to know when there will be a solution, especially since QB rates keep going up but issues like this remain unsolved.

Hello, I live in Canada and recently subscribed to QuickBooks EasyStart for my business. When I created my QuickBooks account I gave it access to my online banking business account with RBC.Unfortunately, now I am getting regular alerts to my RBC Mobile App saying "It looks like you are trying to log on from a different device. Please confirm this is you". And I have no idea if this is an alert related to QuickBooks or to a fraudster. Here is my question: Is there any way to change the way QuickBooks accesses my online banking from an automatic access whenever it wants, to only being able to access my bank account when I am actually logged into QuickBooks and manually authorize the access? Thanks very much!  

Where are my receipt scans.

My corporate account currently has its main chequing and savings account linked to Bank of Montreal.  I have opened a Corporate High Interest Savings Account and a Long Term Investment Account using WealthSimple. I intend to send money from my BMO account to my WealthSimple Account, and I would like to track the transfers and interest earned using Quickbooks Online. When I try to "Link Account", WealthSimple is not an option. Is this possible?
