I am using quickbooks desktop Pro 2023, in which bankfeed classic mode is active. i want to switch to express or advanced mode but there is no option to switch mode. I have been told that switch mode option is only available in US quickbooks.

I am using QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2023 Canada version but it does not allow to switch bank feed mode. What to do. One of the QuickBooks expert has told me that it is available only in US version. How to get this option?

*right now it only shows my 2023 bank stuff  and not my 2022 bank stuff. Ive tried downloaded 2022 bank statements into qquickbooks but i cant switch the pdf form to the form that quickbooks asks for.

Cash Transaction

The owner made a purchase using both credit and cash. The credit amount shows in my bank feed, which I am able to link to the bill. However when it comes to the $500 cash amount, I have no idea how to proceed. It needs to be entered into quickbooks somehow, attached to the bill to pay it off, and be added to she shareholder loan account. How do I add this?
