RBC and Envision bank accounts stopped syncing in the last few days. Why?
This looks like it was an error last year. Has this been disclosed to the developers? I have spoken to my bank numerous times and they say there is no issue on their end. Yet I continue to get the 185 error even when in incognito mode and being signed into my bank.
More security info required by your bank. fix now have had this error for 3 weeks already and nothing can be done to fix it
Is the full amount of a lease payment for a vehicle used in the business entered as vehicle expense? There is no asset, correct?
I ’ve been having an issue ever since Rogers Bank updated their website around August/September 2025. The downloadable .OFX files are no longer being recognized by QuickBooks Online (QBO). For context, I manually download the .OFX file from the Rogers Bank site and then manually upload it into QBO. This process used to work perfectly, but since the site update, QBO won’t recognize the file at all. I’ve already spoken with Rogers Bank, but so far, no one has been able to provide an answer or fix. I really prefer not to switch to the .CSV format, as it complicates my workflow. Has anyone else run into this issue or found a workaround? Any advice or updates would be greatly appreciated.
to continue from question above: Then I go back to bank transactions and there is a transaction for customer A for $200. I click match and the transaction for $77.40 is there. The transaction is "e-transfer". I have been able to match most of the etransfer transactions except a small few. Do you know why this is? I know the cheques or cash can be matched to "ABM deposits" and some are against some transactions are against "Misc Inuit Payments" - I think these are credit card transactions. I would like to understand QBO logic so that I can match transactions properly.
The instructions on quickbooks do not match what I see on my screen.
Hi everyone, Has anyone noticed that the bank feed account suggestions in QBO have recently changed? Previously, there used to be two colors for account suggestions — green (indicating the account had been used before for similar transactions) and black (for new or unused accounts). Now, after the recent update, all account suggestions appear in blue, regardless of whether they’ve been used previously or not. This change makes it really hard to identify which account was previously used for similar transactions. We now have to go back and double-check the transaction history manually, which is quite time-consuming. Is there any way to restore the old color distinction or an alternative method to quickly identify previously used accounts in bank feeds? Thanks in advance for any insights or workarounds! — Raees
I've searched the available banks and cards and asked AI (which says yes - it can be connected)
I'm not sure if I'm in my own books or the client's. Their name is showing up at the top left of my screen.
J'ai vérifié le site internet de mon institut financière et tout fonctionne
Les comptes sont déja connectés, ils apparaissent une seconde et puis page blanche
all my bank transaction has not updated on qb online
