I have some income that didn't update into quickbooks. Is there a way to find it or reconcile with TD?
I have screenshots but App Transactions is asking us to "Confirm accounts for your payment methods" on a card we have used for a few years. This started a few weeks ago but when I click to confirm, the prompt window does not work (i.e. the drop down to select from is hidden behind pop up window). When I click save, it loads a weird update with some dots but does not actually save.

How do I enter a bank error on the reconciliation, that will be corrected the following month?
qb on line shows two accounts that are the same now it wants info on second account but will not take update therefore i get error messages now my accountant is having seizures because it is not accurate should i just delete merge or rename any ideas ?
i can NEVER just update the bank transactions with Scotiabank anymore. it turns into an hour of fixing errors, every single time.
Hello! Is QBO planning to integrate an AI/AI Agent to take in a PDF or an image (like .jpg), a receipt, then decipher the receipts content, i.e. look at its amount or the vendor etc., then attach that receipt to the appropriate bank or credit card transaction that has already been synchronized into QBO from the bank connection? The preexisting "receipt" upload feature was never able to perform such tasks and we do not wish to integrate external third-party apps. An AI/AI Agent/Agentic AI can likely perform this in QBO with ease...it would safe our bookkeeping LOTS of time. Thank you. 🙂
Our bank account got disconnected from the quickbooks more than six months back, how to reconnect without creating issues in book keeping?
All income are earned in USD and most of the expenses are also in USD except for canadian services such as taxes, and legal which are in CAD
This is for multiple banking institutions: Scotiabank, RBC, Tangerine, ATB...
the net pay amounts are correct, the bank is correct, the dates are correct but the payroll items will not find a match
Bank transactions import is limiting to previous 3months. how do i import transactions for historical period?
For some reason, Quickbooks didn't import a period of 3 months from my bank. I can select that period of time and download from my bank but how do I input them into my quickbooks without manually entering each transaction?
We are a Canadian company that uses National Bank as our new bank for the last year. Prior to switching, we never delt with QuickBooks disconnecting but now it happens at least once every two months. Anyone else have the same issue and tips on how to deal with it?
This is the error showing-up when i try to syncing RBC bank and Quickbooks online.
