can i delete cc requirement for invoices

The Cc email you see on your invoice is not a required field, @starssnowservices.

The field you’re referring to under the sender’s email section is actually meant for entering the recipient’s email address, not for Cc or Bcc. This is why you were unable to send the invoice as it requires the recipient’s email to proceed.

 

If you noticed, the Cc/Bcc section is shown as a hyperlink. When clicked, it opens specific fields for Cc and Bcc addresses, which cannot be deleted. However, these fields are optional and don’t affect the main “To” field.

 

The design can be a little confusing because the “To” field and the Cc/Bcc hyperlink are placed close to each other, but each serves a distinct purpose.
