Integration

Hi We upgraded from Desktop to online version back in Feb. We run our payroll in Bright Pay and are trying to integrate, thus bring the payroll journal across. When I try to create the journal, a asked to login into QBks which it does but then I get a QBK screen asking which  payroll I want to select but it wont let me choose and defaults to  Advance payroll, I am told by support this is because we once subscribed to use Qbks own payroll therefore this seems to be hangover from 2016 when we were going to try QBks own payroll, which we then decided not to use. Has anyone else had this problem or can someone tell me how to get rid of the Advanced Payroll tag withing QBks.
