Question

connect payroll to my bank

I am a new QB user and cannot get my bank (which is already connected to other modules) to connect to payroll? I am using a Wells Fargo account?  They advised me to get another account, which I did today but still the same issue?  Anyone else?

Please ensure your bank account is active for the payroll connection. Once confirmed, sign in to your bank's website and look for any messages that require your confirmation, such as terms and conditions.

 

Once done, please acknowledge the prompt and then return to QuickBooks and refresh your account.
