How do I go about creating an import of time data from ADP to QB Desktop Enterprise?

I suggest contacting ADP directly to verify the process for integrating your data with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (QBDT), edpmiller819.

QuickBooks allows you to import specific lists and transactions. But importing time data from ADP to QuickBooks is currently unavailable.

In the meantime, you can explore third-party apps that can help integrate your data entries from ADP to QBDT.

You can use TP Importer to proceed. It's a $199 one timel license.
