Once you already have the following information, proceed and activate your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll. Check this article for more information: Get started with Payroll. 

From here, you can now process a payroll. See this article for more information: How do I create a paycheck for an employee?. You can also run payroll checkup to help you check  for missing information and discrepancies for your payroll data.
