Payroll Errors caused by “bugs”

How do you get a knowledgeable person on the phone to explain and fix errors made by “experts” who say mistakes are made by “bugs”?? My books are a complete mess and I have no control to fix these issues myself! This is the worst payroll service I have ever used! Overstated wages, taxes reported and paid wrong and you can’t even have a direct line to one knowledgeable person who can help! They keep creating cases but never fix the problems! How do you deal with these people?! They have really screwed up forcing their customers to migrate from desktop to online! I don’t recommend QuickBooks Online payroll!!
