Yes, you can add a Payroll subscription to your existing QuickBooks Online company. Payroll works as an add-on service within the same company, so you do not need to create a separate entity.  

Here’s how:  

1. Hover over All apps, then select Payroll.
2. On the Payroll page, choose the plan that fits your needs.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the checkout process and add the subscription to your current account.  

Once set up, you can manage payroll within your existing QuickBooks Online company. If you have multiple companies, each company will need its own Payroll subscription.
