W2's in Workforce

We are having an issue with W2's not showing in our Workforce apps. Our paycheck stubs are there but when we try to access the W2, we get an error message.

"Your employer is not filing your W2 through Quickbooks payroll this year..."  But they have been there in the past.

You may want to reach out to your employer to confirm whether they are filing W-2 forms outside of QuickBooks and if they will provide paper copies.
