why is everything broken?

I am trying to log in and change payment options All i get is error codes
 

I can not access ONLINE payroll as a product- 503 service unavailable message

and under accounts i can not change payment as that is yet another error code

Something's not quite right

visit customer support through the email links & gives this error code:

Error EBPI-400-BILL-002 is a billing entitlement issue tied to the payroll subscription state. Both the payroll access 503 error and the support link 502 error stem from this same root cause, as a failure in billing restricts access to payroll.

 

Since 503 and 502 errors typically indicate temporary server-side issues, wait 15 to 30 minutes before trying to submit your payment details again. When you try again, make sure your card details do not contain special characters and that all fields (including ZIP codes) are completely filled out. As for error code EBPI-400-BILL-002, use incognito/private window or log in and update your payment details using a completely different browser.
