Question

Why does my company file from Desktop not export to Online?

Have tried several times and also asked QB to contact me twice which did not happen. I do not receive an email that it is successful and when logging into QBO the data is not there.

Do you need to migrate data from QB Desktop US version to QB Online South Africa version?
