Activation of quickbooks 2018

If your client is located in South Africa, I wouldn't be surprised if Intuit support is unwilling to help reactivate your license. Your client might want to consider using the trial version as an alternative solution.

The "navigation not found" error during activation occurs because QuickBooks Desktop 2018 is a discontinued version. Its online activation servers and internal web links have been permanently retired and are no longer accessible. Please note that QuickBooks Desktop is officially supported only in the US and Canada for currently active subscription tiers. Make sure to download the correct version of QuickBooks Desktop using the appropriate regional installer.

To move forward, you can contact our Live Support team to see if a manual validation code can be retrieved for your existing, pre-registered license file. However, if the software has never been registered or activated, it can no longer be reactivated. You can consider purchasing an updated version of QuickBooks Desktop or exploring alternative online solutions.
