Does any one have any experience with integrating Stripe with QuickBooks.  I have a new client who would like to do so but when I contacted QBs through the chat they were very little help.  Thanks!

Hello, @booksmiths74. I hope your day is going well.

Let me provide you with information on the integration of Stripe with QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online offers many third-party apps to integrate with your subscription. Here's how you can look at reviews for Stripe for QuickBooks Online:

  1. Go to Apps on the left-hand menu.
  2. At the top-right, press the Find the right app drop-down menu.
  3. Click on Paying bills then Make payments.
  4. You can press on each tile to look at its Key benefits, how the program works, and the reviews.

If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate and reach back out! I'm always here.

I am interested in integrating Stripe to my QB account only in the sense of tracking and managing the actual net amount of the Stripe deposits. I do not want to integrate client or customer payments. Is this possible?

Hi there, @smgtpc.

Yes, you can integrate Stripe with QuickBooks for your intended use. However, QuickBooks will only rely on the data supplied by Stripe.

Furthermore, to accurately track and manage the actual net amount of the Stripe deposits in QuickBooks, I recommend reaching out to their support team for more details about the integration between the two programs. They can provide you with security information related to your data and assist you in setting up the connection. If you haven't done so, you can find the app's reviews, pricing, FAQs, and an overview in our App Store at http://apps.intuit.com/.
