If you need the validation code to install the QuickBooks Desktop program, there are two ways to obtain it. You can receive it via CAMPs, or by contacting our Customer Care Team. Follow these steps on how to access your CAMPs account:

1. Go to CAMPs and log in using the credentials connected to your product. 
2. Select your version under Products & Services. 
3. Choose Details, and look for the validation code. 

If you're unable to log in to your CAMPs, I recommend contacting our support. They can pull up your account and provide you with the validation code specific to you. You can dial the number shows in this article to connect with our support.

i want Purchased Offline version 

Hello,

I know this is an old thread, but it popped up in my search, so I thought I'd ask my question here rather than start a new one. I own QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021. I haven't used it in a couple of years, but due to a new venture, I need it again. I have my license number and product key, but I need a validation code.

I know I have to call a number and get a callback to receive the code, but as crazy as it sounds, I can't even find that number. Could someone please help? All I need is the number.

There's also a window where you input some information — I think it's limited to around 200 characters. I entered the information and clicked the button just a few minutes ago, but it didn't work. My laptop is old, but not that old!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
