How can I setup my invoices to have a INV... number that changes in sequence everytime you create a new invoice while having a CRE... number for credit notes also changing in sequence when creating a new credit note?

Quickbooks and accounting is new to me. I volunteered to manage monthly levies for a housing complex but I've made a mess and want to clean it up. I have a lot of bank transactions that need matching but I'm worried I will create further chaos with the customer balance if I match the payment.

As we run A Subscription Based Service QBO is making it Much Harder, why is QBO so much Harder to Use Then QBD, why do you should we pay  3rd Partys for basic Function, pay more and more, and 0 SupportAuto Assign Payments and Credits? we only use Invoice numbers not account numbers to assign Payments then why Charge more for Useless Support and FunctionsI used to Spend 3 hours a Week on QBD now I spend 3 weeks doing the Same

Once the invoice has been found then the customer name does not change to the customer that is linked to that invoice

With 4 different price lists for items, how would one be able to store these price lists in QB Online and categorize customers to link the correct price list applicable to a specific customer?

We sell jewelry with gold in, gold supplied by 3rd party who gives us an invoice with normal vat for silver products and DRC vat on gold items.  our final client, normally jewellers needs a DRC amount to put on their VAT reports.

The “value” box does not register any tax amount if I select excl/incl tax on snap receipt even though I select “standard” and when I try and include it manually it does not accept any value.
