Why is Quickbooks so slow recently

I find that Quickbooks has slowed down significantly lately.Trying to update the books....each click got to wait 1min +.My internet speed test showed 300Mbps download and 254Mbps upload, should be good enough to handle Quickbooks. Fustrating to have to wait so long for each click.

After uploading the csv file to manually import bank transactions, I couldn't select or type anything in the dropdown selection of Quickbooks Account.

I have successfully imported current account transactions, but when I import credit card transactions, I faced the same problem, but I was able to type in "Credit card" in the selection box that to enable to continue bottom. But this time , I tried to import 3rd bank account data, it disabled the selection or type function. So I am unable to continue to import data.

How can clients get to the QB development team to raise concerns about functionality that is not working or missing to get it fixed?

When having an issue with QB, QB support staff continuously refers to third party apps when I complaint about essential functionality that does not work or does note exist.  The functionality also does not exist in third party apps and i need a solution. I need to get in touch with QB development decision makers and want to know how the get in contact with them.
