I had previously posted about my experience using Claude with QB. ...when I tried to post a response to Jocelyn QB employee's response I received an error message. There are videos on YouTube about how to connect Claude to QB. The level of executing a task or answering a question with Claude vs Intuit AI is like night a day. When I asked Claude a question I would get an answer. When I asked Intuit a question instead of answering the question it gave step-by step instructions on how to log on to the plat form and complete the task myself....

I appreciate how thoroughly you've looked into this. Since the integration between Claude AI and QuickBooks is currently unavailable in the Canada region. I highly recommend sending a Feedback to our Product Development team. Your input is incredibly valuable in helping us improve AI's capabilities.

 

Here's how to submit that:

 

  1. Go to Settings and click Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, select Next to submit feedback.

 

Additionally, could you let me know the specific error message you encountered when trying to reply to my colleague's previous response? Any details you can share will help us get this sorted out.

 

In the meantime, you can use an Incognito/Private window or another browser. Sometimes your browser cache can also resolve issues preventing you from replying to the Community.
